A place for posture alignment through yoga Asana practice. Instructor will emphasize on anatomy and improve body-joints range of motion (ROM) through asana stretching. Besides, Asana practice also help to strengthen body muscle to protect spine, hips, knees, shoulder, and wrist and that would help to reduce injury and promote better body posture.
A place where kids get to learn simple Asana, increases flexibility , 5 senses mobility and muscle strengthening. We truly believe that kids learned better through playing games, hence we provide a variety of activities that would encourage kids to think creatively while having fun.
